The VortekTM is the fullest featured muzzleloader ever built by TraditionsTM. We have taken all of ourmost popular features and molded them into one single unit. Starting with a new ergonomicallydesigned alloy frame, a one piece trigger assembly that can be removed with a single screw for easycleaning and maintenance. The 28” Stainless Steel barrel is loaded with features. Starting at themuzzle our PAS system allows for easier bullet starting and more consistent groups thanks to theability to seat your bullet in the same place each time. The 360 degree barrel porting helps reducemuzzle jump and recoil and sitting atop the barrel are Williams metal fiber optic sights that canwithstand the everyday wear and tear that you experience inthe field. The Stainless Steel barrel can handle up to 150 grainsof pelletized or loose powder. After a day at the range or in thefield, you can simply unscrew the AcceleratorBreech Plug with your fingers and dropthe load out the back of the barrel orclean the barrel in a matter of minutes.The VortekTM is rounded out for an allaround good feel thanks to over moldedstocks and forends; this allows for suregrip even in the worst conditions.
